The Program
                              (some of)

1.  Direct participation in and development of civic works and non-profit needs of BOTH the locality (area of each campus) and the global system (CHI's projects)

2.  Developing a multitude of thought-schools...as opposed to schools of thought, reflecting philosophical or psychological bents.

As in...generating new methods and aims in attaining more focused or diffused concentration, grouping, and sampling in thought and expression...literally developing new ways of thinking not just learning new things.

3.  Co-Developing Eupraxophy's Unified Learning System.

4.  Intrinsically driven Curricula.

5.  Development of Shared-Profits, including direct investment ,and support of attracting investment for promising ideas and models of enterprise.

6.  Extending accrediting to non-profits, civic organizations, and businesses...creating a unitary system of refining and defining standards.

7.  The end of written and printed books/papers, digitized and hyper-cross-linked collections replace them.

8.  Inclusion of cultural entraining, to give a language to the expression of a body of knowledge in the context in which it is to be used.

9. Instituting a new form of University Officer, the Minder.
A mix of counselor (psych) and coach (teacher), who's job is to support students in their development at university, to make sure they make the most of their opportunities, and are kept on track to fulfilling their goals....and the Universities standards.

IN CASE that UW is joined in Authority with UW Cola (( under the same Leadership ))

......then these will also be forthcoming....

10. a) Selling existing UW Campus (elementally) to anyone who can cart it away....b) with a new Seattle campus built in it's place, being designed by UW architecture students and faculty.

11. Heightened standards of social conduct (discipline expectations) and dramatically upscaled academic requirements (significant progress in study throughout ones UW 'residency'), which will determine who is allowed to stay as faculty, staff, or student.....the expectation is that a significant number of all mentioned will depart voluntarily or otherwise, in the following 12 months, and will be replaced by those more able and dedicated people....to the learning and teaching experiences afforded them at the UW.

12. Significant hikes in tuition, for all NEW students, also significant pay raises for new staff and faculty, those that aren't decimated in the transition....including the end of Tenure, and Pensions.....no work / no pay.

13. Massive changes in Sports and UW representation and operations in Athletics.

14. Gargantuan investments in R&D and study applications, throughout the sciences AND humanities, at the least.
